The short version. If you fill in our project form or use the chat bubble, your details go to us and nowhere else. We never sell, rent or trade them. This site sets no cookies.
1. Who we are
UrbenWorks, Memphis, Tennessee. Tiris@Urbenworks.com
2. What we collect
If you send the Start a Project form or the chat bubble form: your name, business, email, phone, the services you are interested in, and anything you write. Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages see your IP address and browser type.
3. Where it goes
The form is saved to a private Google Sheet that only we can open, and we get an email copy. That is it.
4. Services we use
- Hosting and visitor counts: Vercel (privacy policy). Vercel Web Analytics counts visits and page speed. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.
- Fonts, and the form, sheet and email: Google (privacy policy). Loading the fonts sends your IP address to Google.
5. What we use it for
To reply to you about your project. We do not add you to a mailing list.
6. How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for 2 years after you last contact us, then delete them.
7. Security
Your details are stored in a password-protected Google account that only we can access.
8. Cookies and storage
No cookies. A couple of small settings are kept in your browser tab: one so the welcome screen is not shown twice, and one so the chat bubble prompt is not repeated. They clear when you close the tab.
9. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. We do not respond to it, because there is no tracking on this site to turn off.
10. What we do not do
No selling your information, no ads, no tracking pixels, no mailing lists.
11. Client projects
Data we handle while building for a client is covered by our agreement with that client, not by this policy.
12. Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
13. See, fix or delete your information
Email Tiris@Urbenworks.com and we will take care of it.
14. Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
