Project overview

TABORCO, LLC is a Memphis safety company. It runs CPR and First Aid training, and supplies safety gear, janitorial products, and inspection services to local businesses.

The owner already had customers and a reputation. What she needed was a website that matched the quality of the training, and that kept working for the business between visits.

UrbenWorks rebuilt the site from scratch, connected class booking, and set up automations that keep the business visible without extra work from the owner.

The challenge

The old site was a solid site. It said the right things and it had real information on it. But it was built on a stock template, and it was starting to feel dated next to the business itself.

The bigger issue was what the site was not doing. It sat still. Everything that brought in customers had to be done by hand.

  • The look needed to catch up. A safety company teaching life-saving skills should not look like a leftover template.
  • Booking a class was not the obvious next step. Visitors had to work out how to get in touch.
  • Nothing ran on its own. Social posts, review requests, and checking that the booking links still worked were all manual, or simply not happening.
03

The solution

A hand-built website, written from scratch rather than dropped into a template. Every decision pointed at one action: register for a class.

  • A modern, hand-built front end. Frosted glass cards, a full-width photo that pans as you scroll, and a light and dark theme that follows the visitor's phone setting.
  • Booking built into the page. The class scheduler sits on the homepage, so registering does not mean leaving the site to send an email.
  • The work the owner should not have to do, automated. Social posting, a review page, and a daily check that the booking links are still alive.

Website showcase

Four views of the live site.

The TABORCO, LLC homepage: Where Safety Is Always A Priority, with cards for Training, Janitorial, Inspection and Safety & First Aid, plus a phone number and a Register for a Class button.
Homepage

The first thing a visitor sees: what the company does, the phone number, and the way into a class.

The four TABORCO service cards: Training, Janitorial, Inspection, Safety and First Aid, above the phone number and the Register for a Class button.
Services

Four plain cards, so a business owner knows in seconds what is on offer.

The gold review banner: a star rating, the line Thank you for training with TABORCO, a Tap To Leave A Review button, and a QR code.
Asking for reviews

After a class, a gold banner thanks the student and gives them two ways to leave an honest Google review: a button, or a QR code they can scan with their phone.

The TABORCO homepage on a phone: logo, headline, and the service cards stacked two across.
Mobile

Most visitors arrive on a phone. The layout stacks instead of shrinking.

Features & functionality

Everything below is live on the site today.

Class booking

The scheduler is embedded on the homepage, so a visitor can register without leaving.

Light & dark theme

Follows the visitor's phone setting, and remembers their choice on the next visit.

Review page

A dedicated page and banner that sends real students to leave an honest Google review.

Promo pop-up

A seasonal discount banner the owner can change by swapping one code.

Daily link check

An automated check every morning confirms the booking pages still load, and alerts if one breaks.

Search & share ready

Page title, description, favicon, and Facebook link previews, so a shared link looks right.

Privacy & terms

Live policy pages, written for a real business rather than copied boilerplate.

Analytics

Visitor and speed tracking, so decisions come from numbers instead of guesses.

Available add-ons

Quoted on their own, never folded into the monthly.

Lead Holder

Certifications expire every two years. A sign-up keeps past students on a list and emails them 90 days and 30 days before their card runs out, so a renewal becomes a reminder instead of a lost customer.

FAQ Chatbot

Answers the questions that come in every week. Which class do I need, how long is it good for, do you come to us. Around the clock, without anyone typing a reply.

Social posting

Posts written and scheduled for the business, built from a library of real facts about it rather than invented filler. Priced on how often you want them to go out.

CRM

Every class enquiry and business quote request in one screen, marked called, booked or closed. Grows into customer records and a process built around how the business actually runs.

The monthly care plan, which covers updates, fixes and the monthly check-in, is not an add-on. It is the service itself.
